Service Description
A 45 minute Mat Pilates class designed to build strength and awareness to the body, improving mobility and most of all to leave you feeling amazing. You can expect a feel good flow class with plenty of options to make you reach your full potential. All levels are welcome to this class with modifications and progressions throughout

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and i completely understand that sometimes plans have to change. You can cancel or reschedule your class online up to 2 hours before the class begins. If something unexpected happens after that, please get in touch with me, where possible, ill always do my best to help. All i ask is if you can please let me know if you cant make make it as spaces are limited and giving as much notice as possible means i may be able to offer your mat class to somebody else. I dont automatically charge late-cancellation fees, however, repeated late cancellations or multiple no shows may result in the class being charged or the booking credit not being returned. Thankyou for being considerate of me and the rest of our pilates community <3
